Dreamsville India ships products globally. We want to ensure that people from all around the world can enjoy our offerings.

 

2. Processing Time

(i) Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. 

(ii) Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 1-15 business days. ( Subject to location of the delivery address)

 

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions

(i) We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

(ii) Some geographical locations may have certain shipping restrictions.

(iii) Shipping to certain location is restricted due to state government laws, government import/export regulations, manufacturer limitations, or warranty considerations.

 

7. Delivery Issues

(ii) If your order is lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to locate and deliver your order.

(iii) If it cannot be found, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations and the order will be considered as returned, cancellation fees may be applicable.
